Hayley becomes Bendigo Telco's sponsored womens' AFL player
Another great Bendigo story is Bendigo Thunder – Bendigo’s own women’s AFL football team. Bendigo Telco sponsored player Hayley Trevean, epitomises what hard work, commitment and passion can achieve.
Together with 4 other Bendigo girls, Hayley regularly trains in Melbourne at True Value Solar Centre (Essendon), IKON Park (Carlton) and AAMI Park, and her goal is to be drafted to an AFL team in the soon to be launched National Women’s League for 2017.
Hayley’s philosophy is to believe in yourself – “no regrets, no fear - you don’t know until you try”. Bendigo Telco is proud to support Hayley and we wish Hayley and the Bendigo Thunder great success in their quest to become the best in women’s AFL football.

What do we want? NBN. When do we want it? NOW.
Local NBN advocacy group iLoddon Mallee has launched The Ping Project campaign to address the need for high speed broadband in Bendigo and the Loddon Mallee region, with the aim of getting NBN rollout sooner than currently planned.
What can you do? Complete an online speed test of your current broadband service here: https://www.mybroadband.communi.../speedtest.aspx
then take a screenshot of the result and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org who will add it to the growing database that will be sent to Government for consideration when making a decision on where NBN rollouts occur. It is recommended that you conduct the test 3 times and at different times of the day.
