Bendigo Telco now has access to 4G.
The Optus 4G Mobile Network covers 98.5% of the Australian population and allows for very fast mobile data.
Bendigo Telco will be migrating our customers who are currently on Optus 3G to Optus 4G in the near future. This change will only affect those customers who use a Bendigo Telco Optus mobile or mobile broadband plan and who use a 4G enabled device. If you are on a Bendigo Telco Super Mobile Plan, you will already be on Optus 4G.
This change does not alter your mobile service or settings in any way. You will remain on the same plan, and will now have the added capability of 4G coverage. Please note that your data usage may increase once you have access to the faster 4G network. We recommend that you use our SmartCentre application to track your usage. It is available at: www.bendigotelco.com.au/smartcentre. Once you have a SmartCentre account, you’ll automatically receive alerts when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your included monthly allowance(s).
If you would like to discuss this change, please call our Customer Help team on 1300 228 123 or visit our Retail office during business hours.
