NBN services are delivered over either Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Basement (FTTB), Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) or Fixed Wireless.
The NBN Phone service is not available as a standalone service.
A limit of 2 phone numbers are available on the NBN Home Starter and NBN Home Ultimate plans.
Porting your Bendigo Telco Group standard telephone number from a copper service to an NBN phone service will incur a fee of $8¹. Other charges may apply for other types of phone lines. ¹Porting fees will vary depending on the telephone provider. Please speak to our Customer Help team for further information. If you place an order for FTTN or FTTC without an active telephone line you will incur a $330 NBN co activation fee.
If you are in a new development and not already connected to the nbn™ network, a $300 NBN co New Development Charge may also apply.
Additional charges may apply if a professional splitter is required to be installed at your property.
